She heads the clinical team of AFC. She has numerous scientific presentations and lectures delivered at national and international conferences. She is a recipient of numerous awards for her excellence in the medical field.
Apart from being a skilled obstetrician she is equally a reputed infertility specialist. She believes in individualizing patient protocols and treatment modules depending on varied clinical parameters to obtain the best results. Dr. Varsha Samson Roy, (M.B.B.S, M.D., M.C.E (Singapore))

After completing her MD in Obstretics and Gynaecology, she was selected for a degree in Clinical Embryology at the renowned National University Hospital in Singapore. She is one of the very few qualified embryologists in India. With the experience of handling more than 1500 cases of IVF/ICSI with a success rate of 40%, her records are at par with international standards.
Apart from clinical embryology, she has also been involved with research on embryonic stem cells. Dr. Varsha has pioneered the technique of invitromaturation of oocytes (IVM) in India. She is also a visiting scientist to many centers in India and has helped them develop a successful ART programme. She has numerous scientific presentations to her credit and has also contributed chapters in books for reference in infertility work.
She has recently received training in vitrification from Europe. This is a newer and better method of freezing eggs and embryos and this facility is available with very few centres in India.
